These Terms of Use govern your access to andreinajativa.com (the "Site"), operated by New Face MD Dentistry, LLC, doing business as Pler Smile, presenting the dental practice of Andreina Jativa, DMD in Miami, Florida. Pricing

Prices shown on the Site as "starting at" or similar are reference starting points, not quotes. The actual cost of your treatment depends on your clinical situation: number of teeth involved, materials, complexity, and any additional procedures needed. A binding price is only the one stated in the written treatment plan and financial agreement you sign with the practice. Prices on the Site may change without notice.

Financing

Financing options described on the Site are offered by independent third-party lenders — including CareCredit, Alphaeon, Cherry, and Sunbit — and are subject to the lender's credit approval. We do not lend money and do not decide approvals. Promotional terms such as 0% interest for up to 24 months are available only to qualified applicants; longer plans of up to 60 months carry interest at the APR set by the lender. The terms of any financing are governed exclusively by your agreement with the lender, not by this Site or by the practice.

Results vary

Before-and-after photos and testimonials on the Site show real outcomes for specific patients. They illustrate what is possible; they are not a promise of your outcome. Results depend on individual anatomy, oral health, and adherence to care instructions, and no dental treatment can guarantee a specific result.

Simulated images

Some images on the Site — including digital smile-design previews and illustrative renderings — are computer-generated simulations shown to help you visualize treatments. They are illustrative only and do not represent a guaranteed or typical outcome.

Intellectual property
