This Privacy Policy explains how New Face MD Dentistry, LLC, doing business as Pler Smile ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit andreinajativa.com or contact us through it (the "Site"). The Site presents the dental practice of Andreina Jativa, DMD, located at 8950 SW 74th Ct, Unit 1506, Miami, FL 33156.

The short version: we collect the information you choose to share with us and standard analytics data, we use it to respond to you and improve the Site, we never sell it, and you can ask us to correct or delete it at any time by writing to dental@pler.com.

With your consent (see our Cookie Policy), we use analytics and advertising tools that collect device and usage data such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location, browser type, and referral source. These tools include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. We use consent mode: these tags do not set analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them in our consent banner.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Our practice-management and CRM platform (GoHighLevel), which stores form submissions and manages our communications with you
• Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft), limited to the cookie and usage data described above and subject to your consent choices
• Third-party financing companies (such as CareCredit, Alphaeon, Cherry, or Sunbit), only when you choose to apply for financing — in that case you submit your application directly to the lender under the lender's own privacy policy

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, staff, or practice.

Health information and HIPAA

Once you become a patient, health information we create or receive about you as part of your care is protected health information under HIPAA and is handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at the clinic and provided to you at your first visit. This website Privacy Policy governs the Site; the Notice of Privacy Practices governs your medical records and treatment information.

Your rights and choices

You may at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements that apply to dental practices)

Data retention

We keep website inquiries and form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our relationship with you, and then delete or anonymize them. Records connected to actual patient care are retained for the periods required by Florida law and our professional obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on the systems where it is stored. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through the Site. Treatment of minors is handled in person with parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
